Our Philosophy

The body doesn't lie.
We know how to ask it.

Since 2013, Shana Stratford and Kelcy Lee have built a clinic around one idea: that lasting recovery requires understanding the whole person, not just the injured part.

01

Find the Root

ConnectTherapy™ maps the whole body — not just the site of pain. A knee complaint often starts at the hip. A neck complaint often starts at the breath.

02

Hands That Listen

Manual therapy, augmented soft tissue mobilization, and ASTYM® to break down scar tissue and restore what's been guarded for years.

03

A Program You Own

Custom at-home exercise prescriptions so the healing continues between visits. You leave each session knowing exactly what to do next.

04

45 Minutes. One Clinician.

Every session is with a Doctor of Physical Therapy — not a tech or assistant. Forty-five uninterrupted minutes of undivided clinical attention.

Patient Stories

Three patients.
Three roads back.

Every injury has a story. These are three of ours — told with the permission of the people who lived them.

Marcus T.34 · Shoulder Labral Tear

Shoulder Labral Tear

Post-surgical rotator cuff repair. Zero active arm elevation at discharge. Referred at 6 weeks post-op with a note that read: "limited progress with standard protocol."

"I went from having zero use of my arm to slowly building back strength and mobility. I returned to my sport at a level I thought would never be possible."
— Marcus T., competitive rock climber

Diane K.48 · Chronic Plantar Fasciitis + IT Band Syndrome

Chronic Plantar Fasciitis + IT Band Syndrome

Two years of recurring lower-leg injuries. Had DNS'd three races. Arrived with a stack of orthotics that hadn't worked and a referral from a podiatrist who had run out of ideas.

"I remained injury free and was even able to run the Boston Marathon after treatment. I never thought I'd get to that start line."
— Diane K., long-distance runner, Seattle

Robert A.62 · Total Knee Replacement

Total Knee Replacement

Eleven months post-TKR with persistent stiffness and a 22° flexion deficit. Had completed standard PT elsewhere. Wanted to carry his granddaughter up the stairs.

"The goal was never abstract for me. I wanted to pick up Lily without bracing myself against the wall. Now I do it every Sunday."
— Robert A., retired architect, Mountlake Terrace

Treatment Modalities

What happens
in the room.

Every tool in our practice is chosen because it works — not because it's popular. We use what the evidence supports and what our hands have proven over 12 years.

"We combine hands-on treatment with education so patients fully understand their condition — and leave with the tools to prevent the next one."

Shana Stratford, DPT · Co-Founder

ConnectTherapy™

A whole-body diagnostic framework that finds the true driver of your pain — not just where it hurts. Developed by LJ Lee, practiced by fewer than 200 clinicians worldwide.

Manual Therapy

Joint mobilization, soft tissue work, and hands-on techniques to restore range of motion and reduce pain. The kind of treatment that requires a skilled clinician — not a machine.

ASTYM® + Graston®

Augmented soft tissue mobilization tools that break down scar tissue, stimulate healing, and restore function in tendons and fascia. Particularly effective for chronic, treatment-resistant conditions.

Running Analysis

Video gait analysis that identifies biomechanical contributors to injury. We watch how you move, find the fault line, and prescribe targeted corrections.

Post-Surgical Rehab

Protocol-informed, patient-specific recovery programs for TKR, shoulder repair, ACL reconstruction, spinal fusion, and more. We coordinate with your surgical team.

Concussion Rehab

Vestibular and post-concussion rehabilitation for athletes and accident survivors. Balance retraining, visual-vestibular integration, and return-to-sport protocols.
